We first met in Outdoor Adventure, a group for Baylor students to meet and bond through outdoorsy activities like hiking, camping, and mountain biking! There were multiple trips throughout the year that we grew closer on, and towards the end of our freshman year we both knew that we had feelings for each other. However, the school year was ending, and we were both going to separate places for the summer, so we decided to wait until we were back in Waco to make it official. On August 23rd 2019, I asked Julia to be my girlfriend, and we've been together ever since!

During the summer of 2021, I worked in Big Sky, Montana and fell in love with everything about the area. Julia visited that same summer and immediately confirmed what I had been thinking. So after graduating from Baylor in 2022, we decided to move to Montana! We've been here in Belgrade, MT ever since and have loved it! Being so close to such beautiful scenery and our favorite activities has been an amazing blessing!
